TRY OUR SUPER EASY RECIPE!
You will need:
Olive Oil
2 Small Trout
1 sliced lemon
4 sprigs of freshparsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Heat the oven to 205deg C and cut 2 sheets of foil (larger than your fish).
2. Place Trout skin side down on each piece of foil. Lightly oil both sides with oil. Season both sides. Place 2 springs of parsley and 2 lemon slices down the middle of each fish.
3. Fold the foil, crimping the edges to make a packet
4. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake for 10 - 15 mins.
6. Place each packet on a warmed plate. Carefully open the foil packets (take care of the hot steam). Slide onto the plate and pour the cooking juices over the fish.
